Coming „from ebay“, they are packaged with a charger, which fills them up for around two hours.

Despite the size, they are quite light - around 33 grams each - which, it seems, is an almost reliable indicator about the quality and quantity of the chemistry inside. We don't expect much from these; and indeed, the actual capacity is around 800 mAh - more than five times lower than the one stated on the label!
