A solo

I landed on a music competition - The Darkness releases a backing track for the guitar solo on one of their new songs, and the Internet is invited to have its take on recording the coolest solo over it.

So I decided to participate (the Olympic Creed, ya know):



I'm very pleased with it technically (it's recorded "properly": guitar-effect-amp-Shure SM57-soundcard). On the artistic side... not so much (its tone is too metallish, but hey). Anyway, thanks for listening :)

Recordings

Last week I had some time to re-record one of my own (instrumental) songs. It's actually the last song I ever created before engaging seriously into work and dropping all that musical crimes against humanity off my schedule — this was around May 2004 :)
